  Cosmetics

  In our assortment you will find a large selection of packaging with capacities from 5ml to 1000ml. What distinguishes them is rich colors and interesting design. We create bottles for standard cosmetic caps, as well as for flip-top, dispenser or spray closures. All cosmetic packaging undergoes rigorous tests and examinations on a par with food packaging. In addition, they are tested for compliance with the European Pharmacopoeia.

  In addition to generally available packaging, we successfully create individual projects characterized by original shapes. We also meet the requirements such as protection against the harmful effects of UV rays on a cosmetic or medical product.

  Jars

  Our PET jars are an excellent alternative to other glass equivalents available on the market. They are much lighter and safer in transport (they do not break) while maintaining very high rigidity of walls and transparency. We offer various types and shapes of jars with capacities from 250ml to 3500ml. We have caps made form PP material for each of them. Our jars are adapted to be filled with both liquid and solid medium (thick masses, e.g. creams and pastes or loose products). They are perfect not only for the food and cosmetics industry, but also for industrial chemistry.

  Caps

  We have integrated PP caps for all our jars. Our offer includes both twist and 3-way closures with or without a seal/gasket. The possibility of dyeing PP in mass means that we can make any color of the closure (from the color palette available on the market) and we will be able to guarantee the repeatability of dyeing in subsequent orders.

  Food and alcohol

  
  We offer a wide range of packaging intended for contact with food. As an experienced manufacturer, we make every effort to ensure that our products are completely safe. Bottles and jars made of PET plastic are neutral to health and do not cause migration to food products, oils or alcohol. All packaging is tested in accredited external laboratories and meets all food contact requirements.

  Other

  The JG company is not only PET bottles and jars in the traditional sense. Extensive workshop facilities with modern numerical machines, managed by a team of experienced designers and technologists, allow the design of components integrated with the main packaging or being a separate product. Thanks to the possibility of using various processing technologies and plastics (PET, PP or PS), we can also create non-standard packaging and elements. We are open to the needs and suggestions of our Contractors.
